How to find selling agents contact information

Leisha Cousar

Hello everyone.  I am very new to investing and right now I am in the process of knowing how to find a client selling agents information in order to send them an offer on the property. I'm not even sure if I need an agent/ broker myself to work with?

Thanks for your responses in advance.

@Leisha Cousarif you are purchasing a home being sold by a (seller's) agent it costs you nothing to get a (buyer's) agent to represent you in the transaction - as the buyer's agent is paid by the seller. If you go at it alone or allow the seller's agent to also represent you (dual-agent) - then you have no representation in the process, which may not be the best course of action if you are truly "very new to investing" - as you state.
