New Investor From NH

My name is Kyle and I am 25 years old. I have been interested in real estate investing for a few years. I first got interested from watching shows on TV and had a passive interest in doing so. Over the years I have never lost my passion, and every time I realize I hate my 9-5 job, real estate investing is always the first thing on my mind. I'm not sure what type of investing to start with, but considering I do not have a lot of capital I will most likely start with wholesaling or purchasing an owner-occupied multi-family property to start building wealth. I also have plans to get my real estate agent license as a way to get my feet into the industry without up and quitting my job. Wish me luck!

Welcome to BP. I took the real estate licensing course just to learn more about RE and it definitely helped me do so. If you wanted to become an agent, it is very doable in NH and I would definitely recommend giving it a thought.
