Hello all. I recently moved to Fayetteville with the Army and my drive to work increased to about 25-40 mins. Found the BP podcast and started listening. Figured I'd hop on the forums and see who else is here in the area. I currently have 3 rentals in other states, and want to start looking into flipping or wholesaling. I saw there might be a REIA meet-up the first Thursday of each month? In any case, looking to meet new folks, network, and learn. Brent
