I'm curious if there are any seasoned investors willing to take on an apprentice or protogé. Something along the lines of doing your grunt work and/or even profit splitting once I'm capable of bringing in leads, finding deals etc....My wife and I are looking to be an REI team so you'd be getting a 2 for 1 deal.
