Hello everyone, just introducing myself, my name is Matthew and I am brand new to anything real estate related but have always had a goal to get in to rental properties. I'm 22 and just graduated college with a bachelors in economics and am most of the way through getting my real estate license. My goal is to save enough money for a FHA loan (plus backup money) on a 3 or 4 plex and then work on acquiring more properties. Nice meeting you all!
