Hello BP,

Man, I really wish I would have come across this community a few years back. The knowledge that the members share here would have kept me out of the negative situation I got myself in on my first deal. It wasn't all bad, I did learn a lot on that project, but I did it the hard way. However, I decided that I wouldn't let that one situation turn me away from investing in real estate going forward. So I've been consuming every article and podcast that I can fit into my day. Really looking forward to getting  back into the game. Analyzing deals, making offers, and doing deals with the help and support of this great community.  Thanks for all you guys do.
