Hi everyone!! My name is Jessica and I've FINALLY decided to join instead of coming here to just read all your wonderful posts. 

I've always helped my father with minor rehabs of rental units that he owns, but we've always wanted to do fix and flips for homes. 

I currently work as an independent hairstylist but I want to work with real estate because I know it will help me with residual income (I dont want to be doing hair till I'm 85 obviously) and I'd love to help my father succeed financially as well!

We are currently beginning wholesaling in NWI so if any investors would like to get on my list please let me know!

I'm so excited to keep going and I look forward to all your guidance and to meeting anyone here!
