Hello my name is Clyde Ates and I am an investor in Oklahoma. Even though I have been doing this on and off for about 10 years I still feel almost new with the way that the market and business has changed over the last several years. Finding lenders to help with deals, keeping up with market changes and determining whether to flip or hold are questions that inundate my mind. Having a community to share with and learn from is such a breath of fresh air. I hope learn more about the current resources and trends so I can survive and someday hopefully thrive in this industry as many of you do now. My partner and I currently only deal with rental properties 75K and below but hope to get in the 100K houses by this time next year.  Thanks in advance to being a part this community and I would appreciate any advice offered. Have a great evening.
