Hello, my name is Bob Renshaw. I am the owner of Renshaw Property Management. I have been in the sales and management of residential real estate since 1978. In 2007 I left the sales end of the business and have exclusively specialized in the leasing and management end of the business. Our company manages over 900 residential properties 

and our expertise is not only in the leasing and management of our investors properties but we have a full service rehab division that can provide estimates for our clients prior to the purchase of their investments so they can make sure their return requirements are met.
