New member located in the Washington, D.C. Metro area. Looking to get into real estate investing. Primarily in the PG Baltimore, and DC region. Looking to invest capital into real estate opportunities either as a lender or equity contributor. I have a group of friends who I would be working withe eventually but I would like to test the waters first and go out on my own before joining forces with my colleagues.
Looking to meet experienced real estate investors, agents, rehabbers, flippers to learn from and eventually do deals with.
