Real excited to have stumbled across this network ya''ll!  I've already read so many insightful posts, and I honestly find myself getting lost down the rabbit hole of knowledge on here.  But I love sharing those nuggets of wisdom when I can too, so I can see why theres an abundance of literature to go through here.

I've never purchased a property before.... I'm in the real estate game looking in from the construction side of things wanting in on the investment side. I've been emmersing myself over the past few weeks in seminars, podcasts, meetings, etc. in order to be as prepared as one can be once I hit the ground running up here. Working on finishing up my LLC and business account, and then, ITS ON LIKE DONKEY KONG!

I fully intend to eventually get to a point where I can use my already huge network of other military brothers/sisters to help each other out on deals wordwide.  There are so many out there in a tough place as it is, that I honestly loose sleep over some, just wishing there was something I could do for them.  Iron sharpens iron, right!  This has been so true from what little exposure I've had to investors thus far.  I try to live by being open with everyone I come across and share in any way I can if it means I`m helping make someone better... if they want it.  That is the way it was in the military community when I was in, thats the way it is in the fire fighting community I'm in now, and it is proving to be the way most of you operate as well.

Cograts ya'll; your "sharp", and I choose to surround myself with YOU!
