getting started in purchasing rental properties
I currently work in the remodel aspect of rental properties for a few different investors. I haven't researched too deep into it yet, but i would like to learn if/how i might be able to begin purchasing real estate since i am unable to get a traditional bank loan & I work for myself but do not have several years of steady self employed income.
