Hey there! I'm new to this site, but heard about it from a TAR instructor who mentioned it as a great resource for real estate investing. I have been a licensed real estate sales agent for about a year and before that I worked in corporate property management of self storage facilities, urgent care facilities, hospitals, and office buildings. I am primarily interested in the residential rental market in Lubbock due to the large amount of students, but am also considering commercial investing. I have teamed with some investors and started a portfolio management company. We are fairly new to the residential real estate game but are thirsting for knowledge!
