Currently a senior systems and network analyst in automotive manufacturing for the past 11 years. 

Recently I've been learning everything I can about real estate, and making my money work for me!  Long term goal is a buy and hold portfolio and would like to achieve that goal through a flipping business!

Looking for like minded individuals in my area who are trying to escape the rat race like myself, and looking to achieve financial freedom!

I've been digging into all this real estate stuff for the last couple months and bigger pockets podcast was one of the first things I came across - oddly enough I figured it would be mostly American based info so i never really spent much time on here.

I make my first post and came across the conversation between @Matt Geerts @Account Closed - is your investor buddy on BiggerPockets?  maybe he would be interested in this London locals meet up as well?
