Hello BP!

Came across bigger pockets about a month ago and I can honestly say that i've been hooked and motivated by some of the stories I have read, so I decided to join and get more involved so I can learn, network, partnership and hopefully meet with some of the people of BP.

I don't have much experience in real estate other than purchasing my primary residence.  I'm looking into the brrr strategy, buy and hold, or turnkey investment as I currently working full time with 4 kids.

Currently i'm been focusing on finding a turnkey investment to get my foot in the door.  I set a goal to get my first property in 2016, so if any of you have any experiences, recommendations or opinion about the turnkey operation please feel free to let me know.
