Hi everyone,

I'm new to BP.  Working to educate myself but anxious to get started! Think I may have found a deal, ran a few analysis iterations and like what I see.  What next? A little background...decent credit, decent income, recently purchased a new home, moderate debt. Thanks in advance for any words of advice.
