I have attended various real estate seminars, i. e., Fortune Builders & Chad Chennicky's (sp?) workshops which included  how to acquire Tax Lien Certificates.  My partner and I decided the steep fees they require for advanced training could better be utilized directly in the real estate investment cycle in concert with investors we will meet within this network.  I/we are interested in learning how to and becoming successfully experienced in wholesaling, flipping, rehabbing and eventually acquiring income property.
