New Duplex Buyer
I have been renting for a few years at CRAZY rates in the city, and I am now ready to get a duplex and live in 1/2 of the property in the next 5 months as my lease comes up. I'm enjoying learning everything I possibly can, and I am eager to meet others in the community working on similar projects. After this first one, I hope to get a second within the next year or so. Time to get this thing going!
