I've been listening BP seminars for almost a year now and just joined PRO two days ago.  I'm passionate about real estate and know it's going to be my saving grace.  Right now I'm wholesaling but plan to grow my business from there.  Any advice for this somewhat newbie is welcomed. I'm in the Dayton/Fairborn area (near Wright Patterson AFB).  My focus is growing my buyers list so I can get rid of some off market properties I have access to.  So let me know if you want on my buyers list.  I look forward to working with and growing wealth with you all.
