My name is Hermon Williams., located in Augusta, Georgia and I'm new to this site. In the next month I will be turning 27 and I'm realizing that working my job as a project engineer won't be enough to survive comfortably while creating generational wealth for my family that I have now and my family that's yet to come. After reading multiple books and attending seminars I've come to the realization that real estate investing is a great vehicle for me to get there and I'm just amazed at the many options and things you can do in this market. I am looking learn all I can from this community along with adding all that I can. Also I am looking to network with buyers and sellers alike so that we all can make lasting fruitful relationships.
