Hi

I am a licensed and insured general contractor who works part time for himself in real estate investments. I have done two renovate to rental, two flips, and one development deal so far and I love Bigger Pockets!

Also recommend joining the local REIA. The MontCo and Chester county subgroups of DIG meet in Collegeville the 2nd Wed of every month.
