Former Stock Broker gone Real Estate as of a year ago.  Working as an agent at Century 21 Scheetz and slowly building an house flipping investment business with my father and soon my two little brothers when they graduate college.  I am basically clueless on the investing and flipping part.  I own rentals, but have never flipped and would like to know more!
