Wholesale advice
Hello BP, I'm curious to know more about wholesaling in the Georgia area, (I live in Macon), since I'm new to real estate investing I wanted start there to get a couple deals under my belt. What will I require on this journey as a beginner a REI friendly agent, closing agent, LLC, lawyer or them all just to get started, or can I do things independently and build my team as I grow.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
