New investor from St. Louis, MO
My name is Brett Keller and my partners and I are new to investing in real estate. We closed on our first property in October 2015. Our focus is in the greater STL area but not limited to it. We currently have 3 properties 2 of which were leased in Q1 of 2016 and the third is still under construction but should be on the market by the end of Q2. I came to BP through an agent/friend that helped us with our first 3 deals.
