Hello everyone, 

I am new to RE Investing even though I have been in the RE Industry for over 10 years. We are looking to learn how to invest in Buy and Hold strategies and Wholesaling for now.

Goal is to own 5-10 Cashflowing properties in the next 3 years.

Goal is to make at least 100,000K wholesaling in the next 2 years.
