Hello to everyone out there.

I'm new to real estate investing and found out about BiggerPockets from Mike Simmons' Just Start Real Estate podcast.

I just purchased a new home for my family and I am looking to rent my current one.

I've heard the horror stories and have had multiple people tell me I don't want to do this. I'm hoping I can learn from others and avoid as many problems as possible.
