Super excited to be here guys. I'll be cruising through all the forums to learn as much as I can to be able to acquire my first rental property. I'm a Registered Nurse who works in oncology and looking to dive into the real estate world through multi family units and possibly commercial real estate as well. Been listening to the podcasts and learning a whole lot.
