Greetings Everyone!,

My wife and I are from a small town in NE Ohio, about 900 population. We recently just moved from Hawaii to Maryland as I am in the Navy and she is a teacher. During our move we visited our home town where we learned a family friend was tossing the idea of selling his duplexes, (5 buildings 10 units) We are currently looking at numbers and talking with a few banks. We do have a small SFH that is currently rented out and paid for. I joined this form to learn more about investing and becoming a better land lord.
