Hi everyone, just got familiar with BiggerPockets by coming across the podcast.  I've had an interest in building a real estate portfolio, but coming across BiggerPockets is definitely going to help propel that forward.

I work & live in the Nashville area, and I'm interested in building a real estate portfolio.  Ultimately one that can generate a high level of "passive" income. 

Looking forward to interacting with you and for meeting other like-minded individuals in my area and beyond.
