Hi all,
I'm a newb and I currently have one SFH rental that used to be my primary residence. (Job relocation forced me to rent it out)
It's been a good experience having a cash flow property and I look to add more rental properties in the near future. Just lurking around reading everyone's post has been extremely informative!
