Hello, My name is Emma and I am new to this forum and to real estate. I believe I have found a good deal for a duplex but Im stuck from moving forward. I was hoping to get some advice as to if this is good deal:

1. Price: 49,900, property taxes 1,500/yr, Duplex that currently rents for 500 and 400 per floor (total 900/month if fully occupied), currently tenant occupied (I have to ask the agent more about the tenants), and they say they replaced the roof, water heater, and furnace in the last 2 yrs.

Besides the money aspect, I feel I need to get more details on current tenants before moving forward. Anything else I'm missing? Thank you very much and Im excited to start learning and working with everyone on BP!
