Hi Everyone, I am looking to start investing in rehabs and multi-families in NJ. Also interested in finding out more on how to buy wholesale properties/work with wholesalers and on financing deals. Looking to make this a full time job. I love listening to the BP podcasts and reading the forums, so much great info. Ready to jump in! Lauren B.
