Hey all, I'm currently living in Evanston IL and looking to buy a Multifamily home for a house hack. I'm working full time as a healthcare professional and looking to supplement my income to save for future investments and have some travel money! I'm eager to learn all I can and plan to buy my first multifamily before the end of this summer.
