Real Estate Developer and Investor
Hi, my name is Sonja Gordon and together with my partner Mark Williams we own DMNZ Holdings, LLC. Currently our company is involved with several real estate development deals in the Orlando, FL area. (ARV's of 750K - 1,65M and growing) Even though our main focus is buying empty lots and building new construction (SFH & townhomes), we also take on fix and flip deals in between. Also, we are branching out into the Denver, CO market at this point with a realtor and builder already on site.
