Hello all!
I just joined. I am a realtor in Santa Cruz area of Cali.
I am also an investor of sorts. My husband and I currently own 3 SFRs and I am somewhat interested in more investing outside of our current comfort zone (where we live)
thought this would be a good place to network and share ideas!
