Hello everyone,

My name is Brandon Wessel.  I am a real estate investor located in metro Detroit. My wife and I currently own 1 investment property and our primary.  I am currently learning as much as I can, and continuing to research the best market for the metro Detroit area.  I was brought to the forums after listening to many of the podcasts.  

I work in the mortgage industry so I am talking about real estate from dawn to dusk.  I work downtown Detroit and I am a believer in the city's comeback which makes investing in the surrounding area that much more exciting.  Currently my biggest opportunity to give back will be to advise on qualification tips for traditional financing.

The next few years will be exciting and I'm ready to learn with you all!
