New to BP, Currently Own 10 buy&hold + 1 new cnstn
Hello Bigger Pockets community. I have property a property portfolio that I would like to take to the next level. I currently own 8 condos and one duplex in Nashville, TN. I have one 3 family that is mortgaged in Jersey City. I have a new construction project that I am gong to sell and do a 1031 exchange on. I need to identify a income producing property or 2 totaling 475k-500k. I was thinking about buying a 8-9 br new construction short term rental vacation home in Orlando,FL. I am open to all areas of the country. I am reaching out to the BP community for advice and feedback. Please share your experience in Orlando or other vacation or long term rental opportunities to consider.

Hi Lisa Serme nice to see another member from Westfield. I am buying in NJ and Indianapolis right now. Don't know about the Orlando market but happy to talk about these markets.
