Hello, my name is Ivan Zabolotskiy I am a General Contractor in both WA & OR, Vancouver / PDX area. We specialize in custom home remodeling & renovating | design | exotic flooring solutions. My family and I have moved to this area in year 2000 and have been in the construction industry here for last 10+years. Just recently I've stumbled upon a BiggerPockets YouTube video and it blew my mind what Josh & Branden are doing. My wife and I have decided to start with a duplex as a real estate investment for long term and hopefully that experience will trigger many more.
