New Member to the BP Community!

Hello everyone, my name is Jon Rocha and I am new to the BP community. I am a licensed REALTOR® in the Prescott, AZ area and I am approaching my first year in real estate. I have always had aspirations to build a substantial real estate portfolio as an investor and I feel that my time has finally come to start making it happen. I joined BP because I absolutely love the concept of a community of real estate investors that selflessly offer up information to better someone else in the game. I feel that there isn't a strong presence of real estate investors in my area and there is a huge potential for some great deals - with the right people. I will make it a point to submerge myself into this community and gain as much education as I can, while offering up as well. Looking forward to it!
