New member seeking to invest in Houston area.
Hi all!
I am new to real estate investing and have been doing as much research as possible to make myself smart on the subject before purchasing a rental. I have lived in Houston for a number of years, am quite interested in investing in/around zip 77433, and have started getting alerts from a local realtor to identify properties with good potential cash flow and/or upside. I look forward to educating myself through everyone's input on this site!
