New Member from San Francisco
Hello BP!
I am a career hospitality manager who has lived in San Francisco for about 15 years. I'm looking to gain more experience, learn about real estate financing concepts and network with experienced investors.
In 2005 I bought a 2br 1 bath TIC in a 5 unit building, condo converted the building and sold my unit in 2014.
I have also been a part of the design and project management of a massive renovation to a 4 story commercial restaurant and night club here in San Francisco.
These experiences with the "red tape," in San Francisco have given me great tools to be able continue my education and passion for real estate.
I'd like to find a seasoned investor in San Francisco that is willing to help me in Real Estate Investing. I have passion, willingness to learn, a moderate amount experience and a little bit of money to bring to the table.
Looking forward to immersing myself into the Bigger Pockets Forums.
