I'm a newbie NJ real estate aficionado looking to start conversations about the vibrant market of Puerto Rico. Welcome to BP. I have a buddy of mine in the NJ Guard who swears by PR and he gave me a list of place to explore. Im looking forward to goint there later in the year.
