Hi. Newbie here. Just one of the herd, wanting to lift my head above the livestock and carve my own future. I know it should be possible through real estate. Just needing to see some real action in the lives of other real people. Even if it has nothing to do with my local marketplace.

So, for now I am really just a cheerleader for those of you actually buying rentals. I want to be like you! :D
