Wanted to introduce myself to everyone I am new not just to this site but to real estate as well. I just started thinking about buying a 2 family for me and my daughter a couple months ago and have managed to bring my credit score up roughly 75 points in 3 months to be able to buy. Eventually I would like to be in a position to own even a few rentals generating some income so I can enjoy life a little more instead of just working to get by. I've always wanted to flip a house...maybe someday
