Intro- Agent and Investor in Chicago
Hi everyone! I am a Residential Real Estate Broker and Investor in the Chicago land area. I am looking to network and build relationships with like minded professionals on BP!
As a residential real estate broker, I have experience with investors and developers, staying involved with my clients from start to finish; helping them acquire, plan, build, design and/or rent and sell residential properties.
As an investor, my first deal was a 4-unit Owner Occupant multi that I fully rehabbed and now has cash flow. My second deal was an single family home that I fully rehabbed.
