Hello Everyone!

I wanted to say Hello and Thank You to BP for creating such a wonderful platform. I am ADDICTED. Where has it been all my life. :)  I am so excited to read post and interact with the other members. What I love most about the site is being able to communicate directly with people on all different levels of the real estate investment “journey”.

My interest in real estate developed many years ago, but I believe BP has given me the information and confidence I needed to make the next steps. My fiancée and I have read and listened to many books, post, articles and podcast about real estate investment. For general knowledge on real estate we completed all educational requirements to become real estate agents. I am currently studying “The Book on Flipping Houses” by J Scott. One cannot be armed with too much information on the topic.

We have interest in several rental properties but want to transition to flipping single family detached homes. Our goal is to purchase our first flip within the next 6 months. I am extremely hungry to learn every aspect of real estate investment. I am looking for opportunities to learn and grow from other REI. We are seeking some on the job training from an investor that is currently working on a fix and flip in the Atlanta area, and doesn't mind showing us the process. We will dedicate time and working hands to your project. If anyone is interested in helping please let me know. This would be extremely helpful.
