I'm new to Bigger Pockets and currently have properties on the North-side of Chicago - Lincoln Square, Logan Square, East Humboldt Park, East Village.  I am interested in buying multi-units (3+units) - and happy to dialog with the community about your experiences both success&challenges as you've invested in the Chicago-land (or other) areas
