Tom Duggan......Real-estate: I currently own 30 acres of zoned residential property in a hot market. I have completed 3 deals including an existing rental. 30 years of success in the health and fitness industry I operated and developed sports clubs at all levels from GM to the COO. I still own and operate a small club here in Traverse City. From Boston then college in Texas. Worked in Houston for 10 years and Seattle for 20. As an empty-nester relocated 4 years ago to my wife's' home town beautiful Traverse City (voted most beautiful area in the country by USA Today and Forbes 2016 Top10 retirment communities) to capitalize on devloping property we own as the final part of the retirement plan! Looking to learn more and explore Joint Venture oppurtunities with developers and subdivision development.
