Wholesaler from Massachusetts

Hello ladies and gents....hope everyone is doing well. To tell a little about myself, I'm a 26, born and raised in Massachusetts. I currently work at a Fortune 100 insurance company (Mass Mutual) where I am a Case Manager and now I'm just getting my feet wet with being a real estate wholesaler. I took real estate classes 2 years ago but didn't get my license due to me having my beautiful one year old. Now I'm back in full effect but trying something new. I plan to build my network and wouldn't mind talking and getting to know others who are also in this business. Lets all get this success together!!

Hi how are you? Welcome to BP. I'm also fairly new to the real estate world as well but have been educating myself for the past 6 years. Right now preparing myself for the final steps and pulling the trigger

Hi Kendra, welcome to BP.

This is a great place to learn. Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.

This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business. Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.

Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have. Not as many options out your way but you should definitely check out the Western Mass REIA in West Springfield. It is an excellent group that will help you further your REI education and build your network. Beyond that there are many other groups as you come more east as well.

Hi Kendra, welcome to BP! You will find an unbelievable wealth of knowledge here through the blogs, forums, and podcasts. I'm just beginning my real-estate investment career (part-time I work full-time for a local Biotech company), and am getting closer and closer to my first deal as my Fiancee and I learn more about what opportunities we have and what opportunities fit our goals. We are very interested in multi-family properties in the SouthCoast/New Bedford Area, as owner-occupancy. Our goals are to build up a passive-income rental property portfolio supported by capital growth through single-family flips (3/1 or 3/2 size properties).

Wish you the best of luck!

Hi Kendra, welcome to BP! I'm new here as well. I just started working full-time for a REI company in Southeastern MA. We don't usually do projects in Western MA, but you never know! Always looking to connect with wholesalers in the area.

Best of luck to you!
