Hey Guys!  I'm new investor looking to get educated, network, and get some deals done.  My wife and I have a few properties that we're considering for flips in the Salt Lake area but we're also open to doing deals in other markets with the right people.  Any advice or help in getting the ball rolling is welcomed!
